ROLE:
The Senior Quality Technician will work with cross-functional plant team to improve the management of Non- Conforming Material. The successful candidate will interact routinely with Production, Plant Quality, Customer Quality, SQM, Purchasing, Suppliers and Customers to actively control component quality and support improvement initiatives. You will also develop, deploy, maintain and support best practice activities/processes for the management of non-conforming material in-line with TS16949, Corporate and Plant procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Main Duties: Develop and maintain NCM key activities and performance measures/reporting; management of NCM quarantine crib/facilities - 5S adherence; timely and accurate recording, despatch and disposal of NCM; carry out SAP transactions; and manage NCM deliverables - KOI`s, KPI`s.
b) Customer NCM Activities; Log, store and dispose of customer NCM returns; support analysis of customer NCM returns and warranty NCM returns; and support customer sort activities as appropriate.
c) Internal NCM Activities; support internal NCM activities - scrap, rework & sort activities and support Internal problem solving activities (5Y`s).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) You must have strong Quality experience in the automotive industry.
b) Knowledge of Quality principles and TS 16949 and ISO14001.
c) Experience in developing quality documentation (Control Plans, Work Instructions, Quality Alerts and Care Points etc).
d) Proficient in auditing - Manufacturing Process, Control Plan auditing etc.
e) Problem solving experience (exposure to 5 Why or 8D process).
f) Knowledge of manufacturing processes, 5S, Waste reduction.
g) Experience of carrying out data driven improvements (Exposure to KPI`s and action plans).

ROLE:

Our client, an international digital marketing company offering a range of performance-based marketing solutions, is looking to recruit a candidate who ideally will have excellent analytical and computer skills, and is fluent in a second language. The candidate will be supporting the account management teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of clients' search marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities:

· Assist with the administration work involved in acquiring and allocating new budget from the client to the search engines.
· Support the Account Management in managing the account's budget throughout the month via collating relevant information and keeping system up to date.
· Support the Account Management team on editorial, reporting activites surrounding the client account
· Daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team while providing feedback to the Account Management team on any potential problems. This will include:
· Logging into each search engine to check the account is online.
· Checking that the Best Practice is being adhered to.
· Conduct audits on existing accounts to spot for any anomalies or potential areas of growth, such as:
· New products that can be added from the website.
· Landing pages that are not working correctly resulting in URLs needing to be updated.
· Top performing keywords that can be developed further to add growth to the account.
· The monitoring and policing of trademarks on each engine according to the relevant trademark policy.

Professional Requirements:

· Experience in carrying out detailed trend analysis - looking at patterns, changes in trend, reasons for changes, and reconciling discrepensies
· Report writing, to client level as well as to an internal audience
· Advanced working knowledge of Excel
· Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritise and work well under pressure
· Organised and process orientated individual
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
