My client’s Capital Markets team is one of the leading global advisers on complex and high-profile transactions, with a strong track record across some of the largest equity and debt offerings worldwide.

The firm is now looking for a US Equity Capital Markets associate with between 2-4 years' post qualification experience to join the highly integrated transatlantic team.

• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents

• Advising on regulatory, governance and market practice considerations

• Building and managing client relationships on high-value cross-border matters.

The suitable candidate will have gained 2-4 years’ strong post-qualification ECM experience from a top-tier US firm, in addition to high academic achievement and a strong track record of performance.
